Our offer
Smart solution at a reasonable price. Our prices are formed of two components - VAT amount and number of processed documents. If one of the components exceed the specified limit in the package, then switch to a higher package.
Our packages:
- Package XS – fixed price of 60 BGN per processed claim with an amount not exceeding €100 VAT and quantity of processed invoices/receipts not exceed 15 documents.
- Package S – fixed price of 90 BGN per processed claim with an amount not exceeding €1000 VAT and quantity of processed invoices/receipts not exceed 15 documents.
- Package M – fixed price of 180 BGN per processed claim with an amount not exceeding €3000 VAT and quantity of processed invoices/receipts from 16 to 50 documents.
- Package L – fixed price of 270 BGN per processed claim with an amount not exceeding €5000 VAT and quantity of processed invoices/receipts from 51 to 100 documents.
- Package XL – fixed price of 360 BGN per processed claim with an amount not exceeding €10 000 VAT and quantity of processed invoices/receipts from 101 to 200 documents.
- Package XXL – negotiated price for processed claims whose value exceeds €10 000 VAT or 201 processed documents. Please ask for an offer.
Example 1: Pack L
You have charged €5 000 VAT from Austria for the first quarter of the calendar year and the quantity of invoices/receipts do not exceed 50 documents. Our commission will be 270 BGN. So in this case our commission will be less than 3% of the amount.
Example 2: Pack XL
Charged VAT for the first quarter of the calendar year in Austria is €5 000, but the quantity of processed invoices/receipts are 88 documents. The commission will be 360 BGN. Our prices are on the base of real-processed documents in the claim for VAT refund.
What is included in the service - overview of the all invoices/receipts and processing of the claim for VAT refund, tracking and providing additional documentation to the tax authorities. We will make sure to get your money back as soon as possible and with the best conditions! We will process and manage your claims until the payment from the tax authorities.
You will pay our commission after the refunding of your VAT!
